Blank page when editing default template

  • Hi, getting a blank page when trying to edit a default template. Updated to the latest WP. The Blank page error resolver does not get the error, suggests to contact the support. Thanks

    Hi, still experiencing a blank page issue when trying to edit the default invoice.

    php error log reports:

    Hello!

    That seems to be an error in your server configuration, have you done any change? Like renaming your database?

    We experienced a ddos attack and did some temporary changes. Everything was restored as it was before. Have to say that got a blank page issue before this incident after the wordpress update.

    Hello!

    does that error happens after trying to save a form? That error could means that something is still not well configured after the restore. Seems like the db is timeout for some reason, the time out could occur for several reason. https://matomo.org/faq/troubleshooting/faq_183/
