Blank page when I have to create feed

    After I click on create template, either blank or one from the ones listed, the page goes blank :/

    In the console I get some javascript error:

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘length’)

    Hi @alienworks, the issue was caused by something from our end, I apologise for that. A fix has been implemented. Please follow the below steps to get Spotlight working again:

    1. Go to “Instagram Feeds > Settings > Tools. If you only see a grey screen, try refreshing the page.
    2. Click on the “Clear the cache” button.
    3. Once the cache has been cleared, before doing anything else, please refresh the page.
    4. Once the page is refreshed, go to “Instagram Feeds > Feeds”.

    At this point, everything should be back to normal. If you have pre-existing feeds that are not showing posts, click to edit them from the “Feeds” list and the posts will be re-imported.
