Blank page when loading some properties

Hello,

I’m having an issue with this plugin and having a hard time narrowing down where the error is coming from. We use the plugin to create a floor plan search drop down in which users can pick from 4 different option dropdowns. Some of the dropdowns load the floor plans just fine, while others display only a blank page (nothing loaded, not a 404 error) in which nothing loads. Not even the favicon of the site loads for certain categories. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Note: I thought maybe it would display the blank page if there were no floor plans that existed in the chosen option category; this is not the case. ??

Any info on this error would be so helpful! Thank you in advance!
