Blank page when opening install.php

  • I see many had the same problem, but i have not find any solution that worked for me.

    The problem is this:
    -I upload wordpress on the server of my web hosting provider via ftp
    -i put all the necessary info inside config.php
    -but install.php opens a blank page.

    I have tried some of the stuff proposed in other topics but no luck even though i have spent hours.
    Note: When i change config.php info to sth wrong(e.g. putting a random user name or server) then it opens an error, so i assume the information i provide is correct.

    is this a fresh install (i.e., empty DB).

    If yes, try download WordPress again and replace your copies of everything with fresh copies.

    yes it is a fresh install and db is new.
    I will try this
