Blank Page when send / test email

    Hi developer, Thank you for the great plugin!

    I am experiencing some strange behavior with newsletter plugin, can you help?

    I created the first 2 newsletters, and 2 subscribers with “testing” enabled.

    When i “save and test”, I never receive any email newsletter.

    When I press “send”, the page become blank, but the Statistics shown the email is sent (but never received or opened)
    When I use “send few test emails” under DIAGNOSTIC, I received the test email successfully.

    But when I use “test email address” under “SMTP”, it return a blank page as well, and no test email is received.

    Both with SMTP enabled or disabled, I did not receive any newsletter.

    What should I do?

    Blank pages means usually fatal PHP error (like out of memory). Can you check the server error logs and/or ask the provider to check or provide them?

    Hi Stefano,

    I am using google compute engine, and the memory is set to 256MB.

    I checked there is no error log for PHP (sorry in fact i am not 100% sure but it is not exist under apache2 directory.)

    The blank page I mean actually is not the whole screen, but as in this picture https://homek.hk/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/Capture.jpg

    Can this information be useful for trouble shoot?
