Blank page while importing astra starter template to fresh wordpress

    Hello

    I try to import Astra starter template to fresh wordpress installation but the page goes blank after I press any of the template i choose. i see the the setting on the left sidebar for 1-2 seconds and then it goes all blank. blank white screen.
    What might be the problem causing this behaviour?
