blank page with dot — wordpress

    when u click on login it ask for new user and registration one user is already created with

    [ redacted, please don’t post ID and passwords here even in test. ]

    but after login redirect to blank page with dot same goes with new post ads below are the things i have done can anyone help me

    *Tried to remove and re-install
    *tried on another 3 different server and domain
    *used theme files from 10 different sources but same happen
    *clean installation more than 20 times
    *removed all plugin and tried without plugin
    *tried with 4.1 ver also

    I have given username and password above please look into this
