Blank pages

  • Hi,
    May anybody know?
    I installed new wp on GoDaddy but browser show white blank pages even when I try to login with no any errors.
    I contacted to hosting they say hosting runing well.

    I’m quite new in this stuff and no ideat wht happen. PLZ. can anybody help to me?

  • Typically, white pages are due to an error and you have php debugging turned off. You may want to check in your error logs to see if there’s any errors present. Also, is this a default installation with no plugins and themes in use. If you have installed any themes or plugins make sure to disable them.

    Yes it’s clean new installation with no plugins only database is from my old site because I want use the same theme and some content from my old site.
    Where I can check for errors? I cant open any page all is blank white:( even admin login

    If you wanted the same theme and content, you’d have to move the wp-content folder. Even though you installed a new installation of WordPress, it would still be using the theme, plugins, and content from your old site. Try renaming the current theme’s folder via FTP and rename the plugins folder to disable them.
