  • You can try this

    a) resave permalinks

    b) clear transients with wp-optimize

    c) resave permalinks

I had already tried the resave of permalinks

I have the option to clear transients (16) with WP-Optimize – however it gives me a warning below stating:
WARNING: Do not select RED marked items, they may have unexpected results

I am not an expert in this, so am unsure what I would be risking if I went ahead and cleared these.

WordPress saves temporary cached elements as a ‘transient’ — hence the name.

I clear mine whenever messing with AMP settings, as AMP also saves some elements as a transient.

Obviously you should be backing up your dbase before doing ANYTHING new with your site anyway, to be safe.

You might also look back through the threads here for known issues with certain caching plugins which need to be set to ignore AMP, or some CDN setups, and/or disabling conflicting plugins that inject javascript, or try to minify the amp endpoint – which will break it.
