Blank Pages & Weird Zoomed / Cropped Thumbnails

    Working on finishing up a page and having major issues with this plugin. It seems like one of the most popular around and I have been looking through the forums as I thought that the issues that I am having surely have bothered others.

    First, the Thumbnails seem to not be just smaller versions of the pictures; but rather a downsized and randomly cropped image. Problem is that many are showing the mid section of people and such and would really rather just have smaller versions of the bigger picture. Especially, if there is a way that I can create them for all my pictures?

    Second, front page of gallery loads fine. However, if a user goes to the second page or clicks on some pages down the line of pages; they get a blank white thumbnails.

    Hi Tamer,

    Sorry to hear about the encountered issues.

    For the thumbnails, you can disable the cropping from the Insert Gallery Window -> Customize Display Settings”: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PimVA3cVlmKu44-avn2Y7V6bxFfDwIfz/view?usp=drivesdk

    As for the second problem, hope that you wouldn’t mind reinserting the gallery in that page by firstly removing the re-adding it again to see if that would help.

    That worked brilliantly, thank you. Both things.

    Removing it and reinstalling it fixed the white image problem and the crop setting fixed the other issue.
