hi i did contacted you a few days ago but i havent got any answer

i have digitalocean droplet with 8GB memory and 4 cpu′s, i also made wp memory 512M but its not helping

You can enable the DEBUG and look for errors. there will be other issues that leading to blank PDF

i did enable debug but the only error i get is wp memory already set

You’ve duplicated the entry of defining WP_MEMORY_LIMIT in the wp-config.php file. review your wp-config.php file and remove the duplicate entry. I am afraid due to duplicate entry your first entry value is being loaded in the site and whatever you’re entering in the second entry it doesn’t affect the site.

Try clearing cache if you have a cache option in the site or in hosting options. also, check your wp-config.php file and see if any other PHP file is being include or require before you define a line.
