My about page looks the way I want in on the desktop. But on mobile, there is a big blank spot at the top of the page with a grey outline, almost like there is supposed to be a picture there.

I do not have any other widgets on that page except for Site Origin Editor.

Can you tell me how to get rid of this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello there,

Inspecting your site with my phone. It looks like the issue appears when the modal form displaying. Not really sure if Sydney produces it. Try disabling your modal form temporarily and see if this resolves it.

What is the modal form and where can I find it?

    Hello there,

Did you use a special plugin to make this subscription form?

What’ll happen if you temporarily disable it?

I used Hustle plugin for that pop-up.
I tried temporarily disabling it but that blank spot is still there.

    Anything else I can try?

    Hello there,

Try editing the content of your about page and see if there’s an image tag at the top. Use Text mode instead of regular editor.

I didn’t see anything in text mode of the editor, but I did delete everything from my first line up, just in case and that seemed to clear up the issue.

    Thanks for your help!
