Blank pop up in Settings

    Hi there,

    We noticed when managing job listings, in the backend, a blank pop up appear and not being able to exit out of that blank pop up. We ran updates on all our plugins and that didn’t resolve the issue. We have installed the helper plugin Custom Field for WP Job Manager and disabled it, but it didn’t resolve the issue either. We are also getting this console error:

    It’s possible that there might be a conflict with one of your current plugins or your theme.

    Try disabling all of your plugins except WP Job Manager (and add-ons). Then try testing again to see if the issue persists. If that resolves your issue, you can find what was causing it by enabling each plugin one by one while continuing to test.

    If that doesn’t help, you can also try switching to the Twenty Twenty-Four theme via Appearance > Themes, and test again. If the issue is resolved then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you’ll need to contact the theme author for further assistance.

    Just ran into this — the conflict was in the Genesis parent theme admin.css ~ line 740

    dialog {
    border: 0;
    display: block;
    }
