Blank pop-up screen on phone display

    Wondering if this is happening to anyone else… when trying to login to one of my sites by pressing the “SCAN TO LOGIN” option on the phone’s display, a pop-up window appears which says to “Select user” – but there are no users listed, just a blank screen… everything works fine when syncing with the other sites… thanks for any help!

    I am reviewing the logs you sent in and working on a fix. I do not have a physical device with the same Android version as yours at the moment so its taking a bit longer as I try to debug this with the help of emulators.

    I will get back to you via email as soon as I have wrapped this up

    I have faith the you will discover what’s causing the event… I was reaching out to others to see if any had experienced the same, as perhaps I have just overlooked a simple setting, etc…
