Blank Radio Button

I’m trying to add a radio button to the checkout page that asks ‘Have You Checked Your Delivery Details?’ before allowing the user to place the order (i.e. make it required), but I can’t seem to create a radio button named ‘Yes’ that is blank by default, so the user has to check it to proceed.

Is it possible?
