Blank response from server

Hello, I allow myself to write to you because I often used Loco Translate for on my site in redesign I encounter a problem: the message “Error: Blank response from server. Check the console for debug information” I looked at guides but I did not unlock the situation. Can you help me please ? thank you for your precious help
