Blank screen

    is not working using the shortcode, i got the blank screen although i write another text except shortcode.

    My content something like this:
    qwertyui12345678
    [a-z-listing column-count=1 minimum-per-column=10 heading-level=2]

    It should be the screen show “qwertyui12345678” right? in fact there is no that text, but i remove the shortcode the text “qwertyui12345678” is appear.

    Hi,

    I’m so sorry about the delay in replying, I missed the email notification of your post.

    Are you getting a White Screen Of Death where WordPress fails entirely, or is WordPress returning the page but without the listing, or is it returning a partial page?

    Try disabling other plugins and reverting to a default theme to ensure that the issue is not related to an interaction between the A-Z Listing plugin and another plugin or your theme.

    Would it be possible for you to share a link to the page that dies? Also helpful would be a copy of your server’s error log (use a pastebin-style service such as gist.github.com to share the log) which should indicate if there is a PHP mistake in the plugin code.
