or check your web server’s error log (usually Apache). It should tell you something.

There’s a good probability that the all the files necessary to run a successful WordPress install did not upload to your host. What File transfer Protocol are you using? I recommend clearing it all out and reuploading with Filezilla

Uploaded an older install of WP, then upgraded to last version and no problem, i think I’ll keep that old version for future installs
