Blank screen

Well, I’m sure when it works, it’s great. However, choosing add new gives a blank page; There is nothing to drop and drag. It may be the theme I’m using but I am wondering if the developers have checked their plugin with the latest WP. … I tried the plugin with different browsers and a different theme. Did manage to get a form to display in Chrome on the front end, though there was no way to edit it on the back end.
