    Hi there,

Are you seeing any JavaScript errors by chance? (You can read how to look for these by following step 3 in our guide on checking for JavaScript problems).

Also, you mentioned disabling other plugins, did you also try with a default theme (like Twenty Seventeen) ?

    no errors – https://joxi.ru/J2bPORSXQQVNr6

I can not try Twenty Seventeen, I have a working site people.

I have 5 different templates – 5 sites – everywhere the same – no errors – does not work.

You can use Troubleshooting Mode in the Health Check plugin to test out other themes and enable/disable plugins without affecting site visitors.

That being said, when you view the blank screen, have you tried just hitting refresh on the page? It’s a bit of a long shot, but you -may- be hitting a race condition that sorts it self by refreshing while on the page.

I do not want to look for errors – I’m not a programmer. I want to install only working plugins, and not look for errors.

I do not need your plugin that does not work and spends my time looking for errors. I have it all works well without it.

Test yourself, find mistakes, and then offer your plug-in to the community.

    Hello pionernik,

Thank you for taking your time to check out this plugin and for your feedback.

    Hello Marius L. J. ,
Is it possible to have a debug system in the Beta version that can automatically collect (at least some) faults?

    Thanks

I have a test site, https://test.catalyzeit.net, which only has TwentySeventeen theme, Gutenberg plugin, and the recommended Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. That’s all. I can’t get anything but the dreaded white screen, where you can’t see nor edit the post content for anything.

If I activate the Send System Info plugin, I can pull the following info about my config.

Help, please! I want to try things out with Gutenberg but so far have not been able because of this persistent issue.

    Thanks!

@diver8642 This is another users support thread, please open your own topic.

To get you started, I looked at your site and it’s got server errors just trying to view posts, so you need to look into that first of all.
