Blank screen

Since installing the 1.10.0 update last night, the plugin has not worked properly, at least visually. All of the Site Kit pages in the admin area appear blank. The dashboard widget does not load either.
I have tried:
Clearing browser and server cache
uninstalling/reinstalling plugin
Checking the site post-reinstall in Chrome incognitoNothing has worked to restore functionality.
Strangely it appears as though the plugin is still functioning on the backed. Site Health reports the plugin data properly with Analytics and Search Console both seemingly working fine.
