  • If you activate any plugin and you get a blank screen, use FTP or a web-based file explorer to navigate to [yourdomain]/wp-content/plugins/ and delete or rename the folder of the recently activated plugin. This error is usually caused by a plugin conflict. Some plugin or combination of plugins you have installed is interfering with the new plugin. You can deactivate all plugins and reactivate one by one, starting with the plugin that seemed to cause the error. You’ll eventually run into what plugin is causing the conflict and can troubleshoot further from there.
