  • I am sorry, but there is only support for pro version users. If you are a pro version user, please reply to the pro version activation instructions to get support. There is an extensive FAQ, which might help you solve your problem or answer your question.

    This problem is not a bug, but a hosting server problem.

    I’m not a pro user, but appreciate the response.

    For feedback, I ended up removing this plugin from my page because I couldn’t get past that step. If I could have gotten through the installation, I may have decided to purchase it.

    Instead I downloaded the plugin “FaceBook for WordPress” at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/wordpress.

    It requires a similar setup, and a nearly identical quick setup interface. It worked fine, and I don’t think I fixed permissions or anything. I wish it had some of the features of the Add Link To FaceBook plugin though. ??

    Look at the ratings of this plugin and of Facebook for WordPress to see where you get the best support.

    The blank page is probably caused by too little memory on the hosting server.
