Blank Screen cannot view smtp settings or test email

Hi!

When I click on settings > easy wp smtp

The page shows the headers at the top 1) Smtp settings 2) Additional Settings 3) Test SMTP

However when i select any of the headers the page remains blank.

I have tried to disable all plugins and the problem still persists.
I have also deleted and re-isntalled the plugin and still nothing works.

Also when I fill out the contact form, it shows the rotating arrows indefinitely and does not show success or failure message.

Any suggestions?
