Blank Screen cannot view smtp settings or test email

    When I click on settings > easy wp smtp

    The page shows the headers at the top 1) Smtp settings 2) Additional Settings 3) Test SMTP

    However when i select any of the headers the page remains blank.

    I have tried to disable all plugins and the problem still persists.
    I have also deleted and re-isntalled the plugin and still nothing works.
    I ran the https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ plugin and have no errors or recommendations

    Hi, how is your host and what type of server is your site hosted in? How much memory is allocated to your site?

    Hi, the plugin used to work fine for years, just recently stopped working.

    I’m self hosted on Plesk with Vultr, 128mb memory allocated. Thanks for your help.

    128mb is not enough. Please increase it to 256mb or more then carry out a test.

    Hi,

    There’s been a few updates of Plesk, the big change is PHP7.3 > 7.4.

    I’ve increased to 256mb and restarted the server and still have the same issue.

    Is it possible for me to update the email password setting any other way?

    Do you think one of those updates might have caused this issue? You might also revert back to PHP 7.3. See if that helps.

    Hi, I’ll have to try at the weekend to roll back PHP.

    The plugin is working I just can’t change the settings. My email password changed and I need to update it in the plugin. Cheers

    Sorry for the late reply. I rolled back to PHP 7.2.15 and the issue still exists.
