As many others, I have a blank screen in Google Site Kit. It happened after I replaced the existing website with a new version of the website, from another wordpress install. I read many similar issues on the forum, but nothing worked. I tried resetting Site Kit, I trie the Troubleshooting mode, tried the Incognito mode, tried unsinstalling and re-installing, tried lowering the PHP version… Please help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thanks for your patience on this @. We discussed this with the team and it looks like your Site Kit dashboard may be impacted by a service configuration issue, given the blocked css file. When reviewing the blocked resource for example from your domain, we encountered both the CSS file loading as expected, but at times some obfuscated PHP, with a message implying as much.

To troubleshoot this further, are you able to set up another WordPress site within a subdirectory of your main site, and attempt set up from here? Should you encounter any issues, please share another recording, and we can review from there. If making a recording, please demonstrate what you see from the “Console” tab of developer tools.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

    Hi,

I just sent you a screen recording link, through the form. I did not go all the way through the connection process, but as you’ll see, it worked perfectly.

Many thanks for sharing, and appreciate you going to the effort of setting up another site. As a site within the same hosting environment connects successfully, this may further indicate something within your main site or plugin environment is impacting setup.

As the same resource that was blocked previously is consistently loading for me now, can you attempt set up once more on your main site? If the same occurs please share your full browser console errors, in particular any errors from the “Console” tab and we can review this further. We can then advise on some further checks, which may including reinstalling WordPress from the updates tab, while setting up Site Kit once more in troubleshooting mode, or reviewing your site configurations.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.

Hey, I am using Namecheap and looking for a way to switch to Office 365. Is it right to move to Office 365? This is the query that I got in my email. I hope there are many Namecheap users. So, if you are also looking to migrate Namecheap email to Office 365 then this is the right decision.

I just had this issue in my own site today and was able to troubleshoot it through Console as an issue with the cached version of the js file. If you view the source of the page, you’ll see your sitekit js file. Mine is:

    <script src="https://martech.zone/wp-content/plugins/google-site-kit/dist/assets/js/googlesitekit-vendor-xxxxxxxxxxxxx.js" id="googlesitekit-vendor-js"></script>

I refreshed this in a new window to clear the cache and then the plugin loaded fine.
