blank screen, memory leak?

Would love to buy the Pro version, however while testing the lite version I get a white screen when clicking the “Woo Free Gift” Menu item in admin area.
The other two admin pages “General Settings” and “Criteria” load fine.
Server error log says:

Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 82 bytes)
in /wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2202

WP Mem limit set at 256MB which is double my normal operating limits.

WP 4.2.2 & 4.2.3 tested, WC 2.3.8 & 2.3.13 Tested, no dice.

Any thoughts would be appreciated, looks like a great plugin, more dynamic than others available.
