    Hi,

Yesterday I installed Updraft (free version) for the first time on a client’s website I am working on at https://knebworthprimaryschool.org.uk/

    I made a backup.

Very shortly after this the site’s images stopped loading. I assumed I had made a mistake somewhere, so I restored the backup I had just made.

Now nothing works at all on the front-end or back-end.

    Things I have tried:
    – renamed .htaccess
    – enabled error logs
    – disabled updraft plugin via ftp
    – disabled all plugins via ftp
    – restored an even older back up of all files manually via ftp
    – disabled the theme (it’s a custom theme) and switched to twenty fourteen via ftp
    – memory limit is at 512MB

I’m at a loss now, and I am asking for the web host info from my client; in the meantime I thought I would ask on here to see if you have any ideas?
