Blank Screen on Activation PHP 5.5 OPcache Memcached and Memcache

I had this actually installed and working, then I wanted to test against other plugins, installed WP Super Cache, then uninstalled it and installed WP-FFPC which now results in a blank screen on activation of plugin.
Not sure where to go from here to resolve… odd issue. ??
