Blank screen on Login

  • HI everyone,

    There are so many posts about this but this one is different.

    1. not caused by a plugin error.
    2. not wrong password
    3. not a browser issue.

    It is simply because the client changed the username and password for the database. I have updated the wp-config and even gone into wp-db and manually changed a few lines on there…still nothing

    When I try to login I still get a BLANK SCREEN. Why does WordPress not give an error for this
