Blank screen on mobile website

    I’m using the Call Now button tight now, but I really like the “directions” part of this plugin. After I successfully install this plugin and switch it on, I receive a blank screen on my mobile version of my website. It first tries to load, waits for a second and then only return the footer part of the website.
    After I disable this plugin, the problem is resolved. Therefor I think the problem might be in this plugin.
    Maybe you could help me out.

    Sorry to hear this occurred and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We haven’t experienced this issue but given the wide range of plugins and setups, we expected a few tickets like this.

    It sounds like a conflict. If you could please enable DEBUG via wp-config.php, an error would show on the website instead of blank screen. paste that error here (removing /html/dir/ paths for your own privacy ?? – that would be the easiest way to troubleshoot this issue.

    Thank you for your reply.
    I tried to enable the debugging function but then I noticed something else.
    When I open the page using safari/chrome/firefox the page and plugin work like a charm. When I open my site using “webapp” I receive the blank screen. When I enable the debugging mode, I still receive a blank screen using the “Webapp”. Using safari/chrome/firefox I get the debugging information, but then the site functions correctly.

    I will try to find out if the problem is in my wptouch pro plugin.

    I will change this topic to resolved, so you can close this case.
