Blank Screen when trying to access wp-admin

I am having problems accessing the wp-admin page, it is just coming up blank. After looking through a few similar topics I have not been able to solve the issue. I have got as far as checking the other sites we have on the server, both access the wp-admin page fine.

I then went to the file manager and put all the plugins into a temp file to “turn them off”, this resulted in the following error on the site:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/customer/www/thestresshacker.com/public_html/wp-config.php:1) in /home/customer/www/thestresshacker.com/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1296

I have also “turned off” the current theme we are using which is Storefront. This did not go to a default theme (I inherited this site, the other themes in the folder are – Genesis, Eleven40 and Eleven40 Pro), it just showed a blank screen.

*UPDATE* I have tried to load a backup before the trouble occured but this has not changed the situation with the wp-admin page.
