Blank screen when viewing Badge Management

  • Hi there! I have been using the YITH Badge management for some time now and it worked just fine, but needed to add another badge today … So, when I clicked on YITH Badge Management in WP backend, I get a grey blank page (within WP Dashboard)! I tried to rollback to previous version, but it’s the same problem.

    So, I am not able to view/edit existing Badges or add new ones. Badges show OK in the Shop – see for example: https://tahocenter.si/spletna-trgovina/oprema-za-kopiranje-podatkov

    All the badges are just text on background color. I use DIVI builder for the site. I tried it in Chrome and Firefox.

    Please help me with this ASAP.

    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

    I made a test on our local installation and seems to work fine. I can create and also edit badges without any problem.

    Probably another plugin is causing a conflict and prevent to see our plugin settings in a good way.

    I suggest you to disable all plugins and leave only WooCommerce and YITH Badge and see if you can see the same problem.

    If you can edit the badge, try to enable the plugin one by one in order to find the plugin that it’s causing the problem.
