    I’ve fixed it in version 2.1, coming out later this evening. The solution for now, is that it disables the nicEditor, meaning you will only have a plan textarea input for ticket creation and replies. I am looking to replace nicEditor completely, so when that happens, this should restore WYSIWYG editing.
