Blank Screen where Gallery is

    Hello i am using a theme called Suidobashi from Elmastudio.

    I just tried installing your Modula gallery plugin as looks good.

    I have create a gallery and pasted the shortcode into a page. when i go to the page it is completely blank. the gallery is there as mouse changes when i hover over blank page and when i click on blank page lightbox appears.

    I am not sure what i can do to make gallery become visible.

    I have tried it on Chrome / Safari and Firefox and same results on all

    Sorry i forgot to add another piece of information that would be useful.

    i get this from the console

    And so on for each image that does not load

    This occurred after upgrading to the latest version.

    Hi, I’m sorry for the issue. Could you please try to edit the gallery, then add a new image and see if that image will be shown?

    Thanks for getting back.

    i edited the gallery by swapping some of the images around and then i added a new image.

    I am afraid the page is still blank but the image had been added to the gallery as it appears when i click on the blank page

    Could you please do another test? Try uploading a new image and then add it to a gallery, let’s see if the image is shown (that doesn’t mean you’ll have to do it with all your images, that’s just a test to understand the issue).

    I edited the gallery, added new image and the problem continues. I have created a new gallery and also the same problem occurs.

    I did as asked. same issue occurs. image does appear in the lighbox display when i click on blank page to open images.

    That is brilliant the gallery does come up now thank you very much.

    OK i will now investigate your plugin further and see if it can work for my site.

    Is there just that one type of gallery view available? i.e. the Mosaic one that comes up?

    If i upgrade do i get different sorts of gallery views?

    Also i have set Captions and Titles on my gallery to ‘Dont use’ but they do not appear to be turning off. any ideas?
