blank screen…..weird

  • lets see if I can explain this well enough. suddenly WP show a blank screen inside the dashboard parameters. if I want to see pages and select the pages link it shows a blank screen where you would see the pages list, etc. now as soon as you move the scroll on the right side bam everything shows up like it should. this happens no matter what I do. you can see the side menus and top bar it is just the main middle screen is blank white. doesn’t matter where I go, pages, appearance, plugin, etc etc. everything acts the same way. move the scroll and bam everything shows up. I first tried an update / reinstall no effect. backup and deleted the install and did a reinstall and then upload content folder and cinfig.php file. no change still does it. cleared the cache no change.

    anyone else seeing this?

    I’ve never heard of this before. Have you tried disabling all plugins? Have you tried switching back to a default theme such as Twenty Sixteen?

    hmmmm I just deactivated all the plugin’s and that fixed it. I then activated the plugin’s and the problem is back. so it is tied to plugin’s. now I will try to find out which one.

    found the problem it is the MOJO marketplace plugin. when activated it causes the problem.

    I’m glad you were able to find the issue. Are you using the latest version of plugin? When was it last updated by the developer? It may not be compatible with the latest version of WordPress you are using.

    At least you are properly able to navigate your administration panel now.
