Blank Settings Screen

    Hi! I was/am having issues with some of my my product photos. Some are bigger than the others and I must have them all the same size. I looked at some forums and saw that I should deactivate any contact form, which I did. I then reactivated it. Now, all of my photos are the same size (which is great!), but I want to make the photos smaller. I went to my WooCommerce Settings page and am just getting a blank, white screen- with absolutely nothing on it. How can I get my Settings screen? I think I need to change my Image setting sizes to make the product photos smaller.
    I’m using a child version of the free Virtue theme. https://www.sleeneys.com is my site.

    I just deactivated the Simplify plugin and am now getting the site, but only on my laptop and cell phone. I still get an error message on the tablet.

    If it works on some devices but not others, I’d look into whether or not you’re using caching.

    I have a WP Super Cache plug-in. Do I need to manually cache? if so, how?

    Hi Mike! I deactivated the WP Super Cache plug-in b/c it has not been tested on my version. I added and activated the WP Fastest Cache Settings plug-in b/c it has been tested and had 5 stars. I enabled it and set it to delete cached files at 11:59pm once/week. Is that good?

    I’ve never configured that one – if it doesn’t mess with your shop pages, and doesn’t break checkout thats fine. ensure you test as a logged out user.
