When I activate Genesis Connect, my shop page goes completely blank. Not just not showing any products, but not showing ANYTHING – totally blank. The console does not show any errors.

I have tried shutting down all plugins except woocommerce and Genesis connect, and then switching over to the TwentySeventeen theme. In this bare-bones version, the shop page still loads completely blank. Only turning off Genesis connect fixed the problem.

I’m currently running a brand new genesis theme with the latest version of genesis. WooCommerce is also the latest version. There’s no question that it is this plugin that is causing the blank page.

Right now I have it deactivated so I can actually work on the site. But if you’d like me to activate it so you can have a look, let me know.

    Hi, @snowbelly!

Please could you confirm that your WooCommerce setup and configuration has been completed? Missing those setup steps is the most common cause of blank pages we see.

You can learn how to complete the WooCommerce setup steps here in case it helps:

If that does not solve this, it would also be helpful to share PHP error logs. You can share them with the StudioPress support team at https://my.studiopress.com/help/.

I just updated Genesis Connect to 0.9.10 on a test site running Metro Pro and Woocommerce 3.2.6 and products on the Shop Page disappeared. I reinstalled 0.9.9 and the products came back.

I have no plans to update Woocommerce to 3.3 – have you looked at their changelog?

They also pissed me off with their new warning about incompatible plugins – almost a full page of real estate on my plugin admin screen that basically indicated all my plugins (all latest versions) were incompatible with Woo 3.3 – including the latest versions of their own Woo plugins!

@forkmedia Staying on Genesis Connect 0.9.9 and WooCommerce 3.2.6 until other plugins update to support WooCommerce 3.3 sounds like the best option for you here if those plugins are essential.
