We are a Los Angeles-based entertainment blog: https://www.lol-la.com

This morning we installed 2 updates via WordPress. Unfortunately, since we were tight on time, we neglected to see exactly which 2 updates it was.

However, as soon as both updates were made, our back-end of WordPress isn’t working. We can log in to our Admin account and see our Dashboard, plugins, etc., but we can’t open nor manage each. We attempt to post a new blog post and other such things, and once we click on each item, all we get is a blank space on our window (but with the Dashboard, plug ins and all those things on the left side of the window).

Can anyone please help? We have numerous blog posts to upload and are on deadline.

    Thanks in advance.

    Our e-mail is [email protected].

can you access your website files via FTP?

    No.

Only way we can access our previously posted / published files is through our live website itself: https://www.lol-la.com

can you access your files via your webhosting account file manager?

No, not after those unknown updates we processed.

without any access to webhosting or FTP, it’s difficult to remove files that might be causing the problem on your website dashboard.

do you have a backup of your website to revert to a pre-update version?

    No, we do not actually.

What do you suggest we do?

Do you think WordPress will realize the tech glitch of the latest released software and edit / update it anytime soon?

    This problem has been fixed.

I spoke to BlueHost over the phone for about 2 hours and they fixed our dilemma, which was the latest gallery update – it’s now off.
