blank space on website

Hi, I would really appreciate some help from anybody who is able to give it. Please excuse my ignorance, I am a comparative novice to most on these forums.
My carousel slider on my home page is displaying as blank space. It just doesn’t load at all. It’s as if it has been deleted. It hasn’t, I can still see the owlCarousel as an option in my control panel, it just does not display if I click it. I have tried everything in my (limited) power and I’m pretty disheartened by this as the slider was one of the main draws (in my mind) of the homepage.
I recently had some issues with plug-ins, after updates went wrong. I don’t know if this could have contributed to the problem, but even with my very basic comprehension, they seem like two separate issues.
