Hi – I’ve been having this issue where a white space is being displayed right underneath the featured posts slider. If I resize the browser window the three smaller featuered posts slide up automatically but after a while they slide down again and leave this really big white space.

I have no idea if this was caused due to some other plugins that I have installed or if it is a setting that I am missing in the theme itself. This did not happen when I first installed the theme.

I am having this issue in the Safari as well as Goggle browser.

    Thanks for any advice.

Addition: When I set the “featured post count” to “1”, then the white space disappears. As soon as I set it to a value bigger than “1” then the white space appears again i.e. the content below is “pushed” downward and a white space appears.

    Hi,

When you set featured post count to 0, the flexslider script is disabled, so that is why it doesn’t happen there.

Do you use any lazy loading plugin? If so, try to disable it and see if the issue goes away.

Alexander – Indeed I had lazy loading activated in the Jetpack plugin ! After disabling this everything works fine again ! Thanks a lot for your quick help !
    Cheers
    Marc
