Blank statistics page when Plugin disabled

Hi @antoine69. I have seen some reports of this but have not been able to replicate it. Please share your system report with me. You can find it by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report and then click Copy for support to be able to paste it in your reply.

I got exactly the same trouble than @antoine69! Woocommerce suggested me to disable WC Admin and now, i got a blank page for all the page with a wc-admin inside.

Hi @antoine69 and @bdorat,

Can you please try to install the latest standalone version of WooCommerce Admin, activate it, then deactivate and delete it? You can find the latest release here:

https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-admin/releases

It’s possible that traces of the old version are not wiped from the database in certain cases although we haven’t been able to pinpoint exactly when that happens.

Done! 1.2.3 version installed but still not working.

I also try to exclure pages for cache where we can see “page=wc-admin” but i doesn’t work to.

Because trouble only happen with pages where there is ?page=wc-admin in the url.

Hi @bdorat. Do the pages work if your caching plugin(s) is deactivated? We have had some reports of this issue which were due to firewall plugins and have a fix in the works.

In the meantime, the workaround is to keep the standalone plugin active until the next update of WooCommerce.com which includes a fix for this issue.

Even after disabling the cache plugins, the issue is still not working well.

Sorry for the delay.
I’ve deactivated, uninstalled the plugin then deleted it.
I’ve re-installed it and activated it but it’s the same.

Please show image attached : each time I click on WooCommerce > Dashboard, it tries to load, and then shows a blank page on the center of the page

Hi @antoine69. Please take a look at this issue to see if it describes your situation. If it does, you can use the stand-alone WooCommerce Admin plugin until the version that is included in WooCommerce is bumped up.
