• Hi
I’m facing critical error and very much disturbing for my blog website https://www.public-post.com/

    1. Blank top menu space when user is logged in.
    2. JS error notification box appears usually when trying to open a page but internet speed is very low. The notification contains “Please try again after cleaning browser’s cache and reloading the page. If problem persist, please contact your administrator.”

What should I do? It should not be appeared always in layman profile. May be he will not go for clearing cache, don’t expect this type of notification.

    Please help.

    Thanks

  • Hi,

    1. Please try with these two options:
“Remove admin bar customizations on site pages”
“Remove admin bar on site pages”

    2. For this one, please choose “Never show this message again” on the bottom of the error message, and this message will not appear anymore, or find the line “window.setTimeout(AGCAErrorPage, 15000)” in plugin.php and remove it or change the timeout (15 seconds).

    Thanks
