Blank white pages after update theme

try:

– resetting the plugins folder by using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

– switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

Good now I can use the wp-admin after the reset of the plugins and themes

I think for now the problem is the theme graphene, whenever I try to use going back to the White Blank Page…

I still have all the plugins stopped.

In wp-config, turn on the debug option. Open wp-config (located inside your domain on FTP. Near the bottom where you see wp-debug, change the value to true, save it, upload to your server, then reload your site in your browser and that will more than likely show you the problematic file/code.

The plugins are now active

Now I have to redesign with a new theme, forget graphene theme is nive and versatile to customize, but very unreliable

Apparently you are using a very old plugin that is conflicting with WordPress or with Graphene. Check your plugins and make sure you are only using those that work with current versions of WordPress.

please i need your assistance. i changed the header of my theme https://mentorandprotege.net to one of the header on the theme but when i click save i discovered that my admin area was showing a blank white page and i could not access my admin area. please, can any one help me out.
