Blank/white screen after creating/enabling the popup

As soon as i create/enable a popup, Th webseites loads and then a white blank screen comes, and its stays there after which the popup comes but even after click the close button, the white screen doesn’t disappear and i have to delete the popup in order for website to work again properly. Please help
