Blank white screen when accessing dashboard

    When I try to access my dashboard after activating this plugin I see a blank screen and in the chrome devtools console I can see the following error:

    I activated it and enabled the “Use full page vendor dashboard ui” in dokan settings and I used the “dokan vendor dashboard template” as the template for the dashboard in the page settings. I am using woodmart theme.

    It only happens on these paths:
    /dashboard/
    dashboard/orders,
    /dashboard/products

    I can still access
    /dashboard/reports/?chart=overview
    /dashboard/reviews/
    /dashboard/announcement/
    etc

    Please any help would be appreciated

    Hi @robinkurato,

    I tried to reproduce the issue locally but in vain. As you can see in this screenshot, I can see the Products menu’s content. I can also see the Orders menu as shown in this screenshot.

    It seems like a site-specific issue of your site. Please make sure you are using the latest version of the Dokan plugin and the Dokan Vendor Dashboard plugin. Also, look for a conflict on your site. If you are not familiar with how to look for a conflict on a WordPress site, please follow the instructions mentioned in this blog.

    If that does not work, you can share the site info of your site by navigating to your WordPress admin panel’s Tools > Site Health > Info screen.

    I fixed the above error by enabling the Min Max Quantities Module in the dokan module area. It seems this plugin requires certain modules to be enabled? If so which ones?

    Also Is it possible to fix the colours of the buttons ?, some are highlighted in green when active.

    Hi @robinkurato,

    The features that you are referring to are premium feature of the Dokan plugin. According to the forum guidelines,?commercial products are not supported in these forums.
