Blank window when adding Nextgen Gallery

I have nextgen pro. When I click on the button in the tinymce it brings up a blank window with no options. Already checked other forum threads and do not have default permalinks setup. I also have Nextgen on another website I manage with the exact same plugins installed and it works perfectly, so I’m ruling out a plugin issue. Please advise!
