Blank WP-ADMIN Page

Hi,

I have been having an issue with a blank wp-admin page. I can login to the site fine by going to wp-admin/index.php.

When I log in and try to return to the dashboard I get a blank page.

I have done the following.

Reinstalled wordpress.
Disabled all plug
Recreated new DB

All with the same problem. I contact my hosting company and they sent me to this link

I am not a programmer and have no clue how to script. I uploaded the script to the directory as they advised however I am unsure what to edit in the script to get it to work.

Can anyone help?
