• So I tried this plugin on my website last night, but I encountered major errors. The pages remained blank and had elements that were clickable (found out by scrolling in the area). I am not code savy or anything like that and I had to uninstall it.

    I really want to make custom profileson my site and make it a community blog, but this is a major barrier to me. Any ideas? And hate to ask but step to step appreciated as new to this.

    Hi @duninndesign,

    Are you referring to all pages or only Ultimate member pages?
    Firstly, do a conflict test, so we can rule out conflicts with your theme or plugins and check if you can see your pages. This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

    Custom CSS can be added to the custom CSS section of your theme or to the custom CSS section in Ultimate member -> Settings -> Apperance. Keep in mind that you you have to enable custom CSS section in Ulitmate member -> Settings -> Advanced.

    Regards.

    after adding
    .um {

    my profile settings is not working, please help?

    Hello, all my pages work fine except the /account/ page is completely blank. Even the wp-admin bar is gone only on this page. I added the css code, but that still doesn’t work. I also updated the plugin and that didn’t make a difference. Please help. Also, I just noticed this page only has the shortcode [ultimatemember_account] instead of the other pages that have a form ID number.

    And I forgot to add that I deactivated my theme and tried the others, 2015, 2016 and still that one page is blank. Thank you!
