Blank/missing items in Theme Options

  • So i have the dreaded missing “theme options” problem for several items. For example the advanced for inputting css is entirely empty.

    I did some research and tried disabling some plugins and i found the offender – woocommerce itself. Once disabled i can see everything in theme options. Obviously i need woocommerce so why is this happening?

    i’m running the latest of everything.

    Hey,
    Woocommerce shouldn’t be the problem as thousands of people are using this theme and woocommerce together without issue. Did you try deactivating your other plugins? You do have the virtue/pinnacle toolkit plugin installed and activated correct? Can you post a link to your site?

    My guess is that your hitting a php memory limit in your php settings, (that would make sense why woocommerce could trigger the error because it requires a decent amount of php memory to run).

    Try increasing your php memory in the php settings.
